Is a practice that involves longer-held poses. This allows us to explore having a deep, contemplative state of mind. It also teaches us the practice of non-resistance.

Traditional Yoga
meets
Functional Movements

This class is an integrated approach for both traditional yoga and functional movements. Yoga asanas and pranayama exercises will be taught and practiced in a more functional way to help improve day-to-day life and freediving.
